Project 1: Recruiting & Personalentwicklung

  • Supporting the entire recruiting process: from the job advertisement to suitability-diagnostic procedures to the pronunciation of offers.
  • Development of digital and analogue training offers.
  • Support in the roll-out of a talent management system with a focus on training organisation.

Location: Holzwickede

Projekt 2: HR Business Partner

  • Complete support for employees in personnel-related matters.
  • Preparation of employment contracts, references and other documents.
  • Supporting HR management in group-wide HR initiatives, such as succession planning or integration processes.

 

 

Location: Hilden

Projekt 3: HR Marketing

  • Management of the digital employee benefits project, from provider selection to coordination with relevant stakeholders and introduction in the branches.
  • Conception and implementation of series of posts for the social media channels.
  • Support for upcoming projects, events and career fairs.

Recruiting & HR Marketing

  • You act as a service provider and consultant for our operational locations in recruiting.
  • Together with the departments, you define requirement profiles and job advertisements.
  • Interviews, potential analyses and assessment centres are also on your agenda.
  • As a consultant for HRmarketing, you create and implement effective measures to bring the Rhenus Group even more into the focus of our target groups.
  • You will position us on career fairs, develop inspiring advertising materials and create well thought-out landing pages.

Personnel development

  • If you prefer to focus on human resources development, you will be responsible for training coordination as well as designing, implementing and improving human resources development tools.
  • You will select external training providers, conduct internal trainings yourself and moderate various workshops.
  • Our junior staff also benefit from your commitment.
  • You develop and supervise our junior staff programmes and organise e-learning, trainings and attention-grabbing events.

HR generalists

  • Of course, our HR generalists would also be happy to support you.
  • From personnel support to assistance with specific personnel projects (employee benefits or similar), many things are possible.
  • Whichever career path you take in the HR department of the Rhenus Group - the possibility of a long career in a managerial position awaits you in the second step.
