With our same-day and next-day delivery options, your customers benefit from rapid service, whether deliveries are local or scheduled. Our advanced tracking system keeps them informed via email, SMS, or online, and precise delivery windows are provided to ensure convenience. Once your products arrive at our national distribution center, they are distributed to regional distribution centers following a hub-and-spoke model, ensuring timely delivery on the agreed date. Regular dispatches to these hubs ensure minimal transit times, with an option for direct deliveries to our hubs to reduce handling and speed up the process.
To avoid long transport routes, we offer manufacturers and dealers several options for inbound delivery: central, regional or combined.
When goods are delivered to our national distribution center, we take over the forwarding of the goods to the regional distribution centers according to the hub-and-spoke model. From there, delivery to the recipient takes place on the agreed delivery date. Daily main runs to the delivery locations mean that short transit times can be guaranteed since only one location has to be approached. Alternatively, you can inject your goods directly into our delivery locations, which avoids transshipment and enables us to offer shorter transit times. We also offer a combination of regional and central injection.
For bulky or heavy goods, our 2-man handling teams ensure items are moved with care, minimizing the risk of damage during transport.

Yes, our service is flexible. We offer delivery directly to the desired room or location within your property, along with optional assembly, installation, and packaging removal.
The term notification refers to the announcement of a pick-up or delivery. With same-day and next-day deliveries, you and your recipients benefit from delivery on the same day or the desired date with regional availability of goods. Customers are informed by email, text message or other communication channels, depending on availability, can adjust delivery times up to three days in advance and have the choice between morning or afternoon deliveries, which is narrowed down to two hours the day before. Live tracking and the calculation of the arrival time provide additional transparency.
The quality of the delivery process is based on several criteria. In addition to the satisfaction of the recipients, key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery precision play an important role. We measure the satisfaction of customers and their willingness to recommend us using tools like the Net Promoter Score or Trustpilot. In terms of delivery accuracy, we determine whether the goods were delivered on the agreed day. In addition, we can check whether the estimated two-hour time window was adhered to.
