Valid for three years, these accreditations put Rhenus ahead of its competitors by offering customers simplified and streamlined customs formalities as well as a more secure supply chain. In 2021, Rhenus also underwent a successful audit as part of the renewal of one of its oil customers’ AEO accreditation at a SEVESO site, as its on-site logistics provider.
This work was successfully completed thanks to close cooperation between the Rhenus management system and quality teams and customs experts. This joint effort also ensured the successful coordination of the various departments involved. In order to meet its staff awareness and training obligations, Rhenus has designed accessible e-learning modules on its LMS (Learning Management System) platform.
