Trans Integral and Rhenus can already look back on several years of successful cooperation. This acquisition offers vast opportunities for employees, customers, suppliers, and all other stakeholders of the company alike.
Both companies perform complementary activities out of overlapping locations in Zagreb, Rijeka and Ploče. Furthermore, with the acquisition Rhenus will enter Bosnia and Herzegovina, where Trans Integral’s newest office is located.
By taking over the new entity, Rhenus and its customers will benefit from an extended pool of resources and expertise. For example, Trans Integral owns and operates a modern state-of-the-art truck fleet.
“Trans Integral is a well-established Croatian logistics provider that perfectly complements and enhances our existing market presence. In addition, we are pleased to guarantee the succession plan for the company that offers a stable work environment and exciting career opportunities within our globally operating business to our new employees,” says Patrick Schäffer, CEO of Rhenus Air & Ocean Central-East Europe.
