With Southern Africa, the first relaunched country page with around 50 sub-pages recently went online. A total of about 90 product and service pages present the range of services of the Rhenus Group on the current global corporate website. Almost 50,000 words were written and about 1,000 images were provided for the new website. The effort is worth it: So far there have already been more than 1.3 million page visits from 185 countries.
In all of this, the overarching goals of Customer Centricity and One Brand Rhenus are at the centre of all efforts - after all, the new Rhenus web presence is intended to pay off in the long term. "The new Rhenus Group website has given the customer experience an additional platform and significantly improved its quality over the past few months. This is not only reflected in the rising number of visitors, but also in the significantly higher number of customer enquiries that reach us via the new pages," explains Dr Stephan Peters, Member of the Rhenus Group's Board of Directors and responsible for Marketing and Sales. "The new pages went online before the Corona pandemic - also because of the associated change in user behaviour, the relaunch meant a "digital boost" for our online communication, which I am really pleased about," Peters continues.
The relaunch is not yet finished, the next step will be to transfer the country pages of the Rhenus Group to the new structure and visitors can also look forward to many surprises on the Rhenus Group-pages in the future!
