Below are the terms and conditions applicable to the various services of the individual Rhenus companies in the Netherlands (together referred to as: “Rhenus”). Please select the terms and conditions applicable to the compan(y)(ies) and service(s) of your interest.
NB.1 Rhenus rejects all general terms and conditions of its contractual counterparts, unless their applicability has been expressly agreed upon.
NB.2 the conditions listed below limits the liability of Rhenus. It is strongly recommended that, if applicable, the contractual counterpart arranges its own insurance or, if possible, specifically requests Rhenus to arrange insurance for the storage of the goods insurance and / or the transport of the goods insurance.
The Rhenus Warehousing Solutions division and Rhenus Midi Data B.V. engage in warehousing and related logistics services. The former consists of the following companies:
All services of the above-mentioned companies are governed by the Logistics Services Conditions of TLN and FENEX (“LSC 2014”, dated 2 April 2014 and deposited at the Registry of the court of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, under number 28/2014).

Port / Transshipment Logistics (“P/TL”) covers various activities and consists of the following companies:
All stevedoring activities of P/TL are subject to the Rotterdam Stevedoring Conditions 1976 (“VRS”, dated 12 August 1976 and deposited at the Registry of the court of Rotterdam, the Netherlands).

All shipbroking activities of P/TL are subject to the General Conditions and Rules for Dutch Shipbrokers and Agents (“General Conditions for ‘Cargadoors’ (Dutch Shipbrokers and Agents)”, dated 2 September 2009 and deposited at the Registry of the court of Rotterdam and the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam, the Netherlands).
All other activities by P/TL, including freight forwarding activities and custom brokerage services, are subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions of FENEX, including the arbitration clause (“DFC”, dated 1 May 2018 and deposited with the Registry of the courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam, the Netherlands, under numbers 23/2018 and 16/201, respectively).
