Customs clearance

We organise all the necessary customs clearance for shipments across EU borders. Both technical experts and regional representatives are available to ensure efficient processing. In addition to full compliance, our maxim is to avoid any delays in the transport process.

Interface management

There is more behind the rail: We take care of the entire transport chain “from door to door”. If desired, we can handle all interfaces with our own resources or via cooperation partners. We are also happy to integrate third-party capacities to maximise your load factor.

We offer both organisation or execution of transhipment in terminals and suitable storage capacities which contribute to optimisation of your logistics processes. We take care of your goods transport entirely from the starting point to the destination via pre-carriage and on-carriage on the road. You will have a central contact person for the entire transport route who is available to you at all times.

Security Services

If required, we secure your goods against theft and similar dangers – both by means of technical protection and by providing security personnel.

Infrastructure

We take care of your railway infrastructure to maintain safety and availability. We offer you maintenance and repair services as well as the operation of the infrastructure – up to and including taking over the railway operations management.
