From 1 April 2025, we will be switching to our Rhenus WebOrder tool for transport orders and deactivating the old AX4 tool. From this date, only transport orders via WebOrder can be taken into account.

Online Training

We would be happy to show you and your teams the advantages of WebOrder and how you can place transport orders in an online training session. Book an appointment for your training session:

Session 1: 12.02.2025, 14-15 Uhr

Session 2: 19.02.2025, 14-15 Uhr

Session 3: 26.02.2025, 14-15 Uhr

Session 4: 05.03.2025, 14-15 Uhr

Entry of a new order:

  1. Calling up the menu for order entry: After logging in, you are in the dashboard. Select the WebOrder menu item there.
  2. Start order entry: You are now in the order entry area. Enter all the required information including further notes, references and Rhenus products.
  3. Release the order: Once you have entered all the details, please click on the ‘Release’ button to submit the order to us. By clicking on the ‘Save’ button, the order is only temporarily saved but not yet sent to us.
  4. Status of your order: You can see the status of the order here. The status of the order will change to ‘transmitted’ after a few minutes. This confirms that your consignment has been successfully transmitted to our system and that we have received the order.
